Whether you’re after breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they do have something for everyone, really. From classic pasta dishes to that great selection of pastries, their menu hits the spot, typically. When I visited last fall with your cousin, it was a perfect spot, that is, for a quick and satisfying meal as we walked around Pigneto. In some respects, I do suggest trying their specials – they rotate these interesting and tempting choices often, which means there’s almost always something really new and super tasty to discover. It also makes it a great, pretty quick spot to grab amazing sandwiches.

Here is the catch, actually, so that is, there’s no sign out front, so you go into a small sandwich shop named “Meat Market,” which is what the locals told me. Head to the back and through the fridge door which opens to a really cool speakeasy, honestly! You, like your, find very inventive cocktails here that, by the way, that is the real appeal. You’re definitely going to discover bartenders there that, clearly, know their stuff and which means they’re always experimenting with this great array of liquors, and making some crazy original combos which means Spirito is a pretty top spot for, that, special night, I find. A little similar to having the password for the party, I guess that getting in here, more or less, it feels very special, too it’s almost. So that I find this place pretty magical as well as the other local hidden gems that dot the area.

Now, could be, you actually can’t visit Rome without getting proper pizza, which, as a matter of fact, makes Pizzeria Ferro on the itinerary that, is what I would propose, usually. This spot isn’t very assuming – think just that really, just a straightforward pizzeria that turns out just consistently delicious pies – anyway. Here, they actually bake their pizza in an iron skillet, which makes that gives this really tasty, a bit crispier crust – that that sets them really just slightly apart, naturally. Just in some respects dedicated to providing these meals which are sourced with local, super organic ingredients, which tends to make the restaurant pretty awesome spot, just. Their menu shifts due season, yet everything is so, delicious and made with just great level of care, just slightly. From veggie burgers to these refreshing salads and pretty creative pasta options, that tends they all make things in this space great, usually. When my daughter tried eating gluten-free last year, it became very comforting that this little shop was available, very few shops like this tend. Plus, pretty eco-conscious, always makes my heart glad – and which is one small step and what many steps make the long road towards preservation of local markets, too it’s almost. This place can provide that which many other local bars don’t – a completely refreshing new menu item for the person walking from bar to bar looking to try very, that is, nearly everything and have a good place just outside of Rome. In Pigneto the place could offer sustainable bar options which make for very delightful eats, you know.
