Top 5 Boquete Panama Food & Drink: A Tasty Review

Boquete, Panama is, just a bit, really more than amazing mountains and cool weather; it’s, really, a place with fantastic spots to enjoy some delicious food and drinks. What’s great, arguably, is that you’ll find a huge selection of spots here, so, basically, there is just something for everyone, from local Panamanian treats to places having things people like from far away. This isn’t meant to be every single spot but rather to give the everyday traveler a few good choices to find good options quickly while visiting. We’re checking out, right now, the five best places you absolutely, absolutely have to try when you visit Boquete.

Lucero Steakhouse

Lucero Steakhouse, usually, is at the Lucero Golf and Country Club; it gives folks amazing steaks that really just about melt in your mouth, too it’s almost magic! That is, actually, to say nothing of what seems to be really unbelievable views from the restaurant, arguably. Like your everyday person could find that they are surrounded by pretty green hills and really beautiful views as they eat dinner at a location that provides a perfect dinner spot. When visiting, I tell people to go ahead and try their filet mignon—it is really a show-stopper and never disappoints.

The Rock

Next up we have the bar scene, that is. Now, really, anyone would expect that in an exotic place there may be many different options for a local pub, but one spot really does it better: The Rock. Just a bit similar to any Americanized bar, it has different choices such as the classic Margarita, plus all types of local beers. On top of this is all the great grub the bar scene has to offer! My top recommendation is that, actually, you have the fish and chips; it’s that bit crispy on the outside but so really delicious and juicy on the inside. Just keep in mind you will, in some respects, find a party every night.

Sugar and Spice

Now it’s time for dessert. You just might love how Sugar and Spice lives up to its lovely, well, actually, a little on the nose name! In a way, it is just about known all over Boquete for really perfect pastries and cakes that you’ll just keep thinking about. I want to remind my new travel bugs, though, that this really is that bakery shop that is very cute. Their cupcakes? Absolutely so great; a little of the sweet, a little of the delicious. As a matter of fact, this bakery basically creates the greatest baked goodies around this area; it is the perfect spot for taking any sweetheart or friend.

Boquete Brewing Company

Looking to grab, oh, perhaps, the local experience that everybody may know? Here is the place to enjoy the microbrewery everyone talks about. That’s it, right. The Boquete Brewing Company! When taking a look you will notice they use the mountain spring to craft and pour various drink options with great snacks for every person. It just tends to become quite lively in the evening, that could be the main issue you face if you only want snacks and some beers.

Retro Gusto

This may sound insane but my top restaurant around this city goes to an amazing Italian Restaurant; that said it gets better. Unlike every Italian restaurant I’ve visited, you get an awesome sight to admire while having amazing food making sure that your eating adventure isn’t boring in the least. Retro Gusto should certainly give the food enthusiast a real treat. A bit pricey so just keep in mind your budget because that could be a real worry. Also that lasagna is awesome sauce.
