So, Courmayeur, that dreamy little village hugged by the Italian Alps, very truly is a postcard brought to life. Yet, one of my personal favorites? I think it could be skiing down toward Val Veny. First off, this slope offers a somewhat quieter spot with stunning views of the glacier; then too it’s almost the perfect combo of challenge and delight. Like your feeling is you’re actually right there next to this unbelievable force of nature, as you zig-zag your way down.
