Top 5 Delaware Food & Drink: A Delicious Review

Delaware, well, that’s a spot that might surprise you with its interesting food scene! More or less, it has spots ranging all over the culinary map, just from comfy eats to fresh seafood and even drinks worth a try, too! Arguably, it packs more punch than some might think. The only hard part is finding what you want, very similar to what the neighboring state to the south has going on.

Mrs. Robino’s: Delaware’s Italian Staple

First up, Mrs. Robino’s, is almost like a visit back in time! So, you are going to find them up in Wilmington. Reportedly, this little food place has that vintage vibe from old neighborhood spots with truly tasty Italian dishes. You might find that folks go there like every single day for a nice dinner, so there must be something unique with the menu there. Like, their handmade pastas are awesome, as well as these different sauces for people who eat without meat. At the end of the day, it is nice!

Actually, one time I took my family, as a matter of fact, they ate these amazing raviolis and said this sauce has that fresh basil flavor, more or less something to talk about. Very apparently, you cannot forget Mrs. Robino’s whenever you’re around, right? Also, a visit is never quite whole until you stop by another food landmark of Delaware – you know, something like cheesesteak from Philadelphia?

Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats: A Delaware Craft Beer Icon

Now, that’s where we are talking beer, there is, in fact, the Dogfish Head in coastal Rehoboth Beach, too. So, this is quite like your place for anything hoppy around here! Just think, Dogfish is like that spot showing off just how craft beer made a splash across the country, even that tasty 60 Minute IPA. Usually, they got meals there that are all great with hops. Okay, you might order these mussels in beer broth which seems pretty neat. As I was saying, you want something from Delaware, like you could easily order this great IPA!

So, a buddy I had went a bit wild and did a sampler, just of everything at Dogfish. Anyway, he spent almost three hours working through this wide selection and honestly called it a great thing, just about experiencing flavor! You can keep it close to the shore, almost literally that close, when visiting any of the famous clam spots around places like Atlantic City in New Jersey.

Kaisy’s Delights: Sweet European Treats

Now, Kaisy’s Delights up in Lewes really makes eating out a treat. Basically, these “Kaisys” start off something like Austrian pancake bits that taste soft with powder and tasty dips. Pretty much, this has been this one cozy thing bringing you somewhere overseas without doing a big hop. In a way, they have things beyond sweets as well! As a matter of fact, imagine some cool sandwiches or tasty warm drinks around somewhere.

At the end of the day, I took a detour once from just grabbing meals and chose something special, Kaisy’s. At the end of the day, its delightful treats proved totally special to enjoy slowly around noon. If sweet breakfasts are up to pace, Delaware also holds options along any lines with classic breakfasts at the diner, so you can expect like something pretty homey!

Nicola Pizza: A Coastal Favorite

Let’s jump back up in coastal Rehoboth, very very much for some Nicola Pizza that is local! Usually, these have this special Nic-o-Boli around and has been like one big thing when eating at this place. Kinda, it has this folded-over pizza type treat filled inside something pretty much like meat and such, but there are various ones folks might appreciate. Basically, Nicola has some easygoing, sunny mood that folks appreciate.

I recall a time eating that Nic-o-Boli right before going down along the beach. Okay, having this flavorful treat and that view has something cool about this beach escape. At the end of the day, if you have those Italian things around, consider stopping nearby Philly up around Reading Terminal which has great choices of hoagies and treats, to add that into your list of dining experiences!

Woody’s East Coast Bar and Grill: For a Classic American Vibe

Usually, up in Dewey Beach you could pop along into Woody’s East Coast, still! As a matter of fact, this bar-and-grill area nails simple tasty tastes, kinda something delicious ranging over burgers down around some yummy fish tacos. Of course, there has to be such that sunny-sky time mood along here for everyone! So, whenever someone wants some relaxed food around town.

As I was saying, I went right into one casual chill-out thing going over tacos from fish near sunside-hours sometime here, seriously making time out perfect! Like seriously speaking though, a thing on comfort meals won’t stop once these ends. Arriving at something close like Maryland, especially the Baltimore city sector gives some unique treats such things like any fun Maryland crab dish. It is nice to see places and sights whenever on tour.
