Top 5 Eugene Food & Drink Spots: A Local’s Honest Review

Alright, so you are after some suggestions that is maybe something where you might be able to eat around Eugene, right? It’s a city known, or so folks say, that there’s amazing, or so they claim, food and beverages. And, I think that’s a fairly spot on statement that can really resonate with somebody. Yet, with all the spots that you could very possibly select from, deciding on only some locations where you could visit can be, it is almost, pretty overwhelming. However, fret not! I am gonna be listing my favorite spots where you can get something to eat, along with the places where one can grab something to drink, around the city.

1. Cornucopia: A Eugene Staple with Something for Everyone

Alright, Cornucopia that has 3 locations, which may be a reason it is such a classic establishment to begin with. The locations may all vary. In some respects, from one another. I’m actually thinking they don’t, I mean, for me it is my go-to location that I think about going to. Their burgers is something where, if I have one, is actually what will send me over the edge, due to them tasting too good. Good burgers and onion rings? Okay! You also, really, can not sleep on some sandwiches. Actually, I think those also slap. I, too it’s almost, would say to get their chipotle chicken sandwich. Yet, there also has been those meals where you feel as if you need a very nourishing dish inside your stomach. Then you have to try some bowls.

What to Order at Cornucopia

Okay, that’s the interesting part of Cornucopia where there are different items. They all vary from salads, sandwiches, and burgers! The one, so too it’s almost, where I talked about where they got good onion rings? Yes! That’s what you’d order. Get a burger and onion rings as it’s actually pretty worthwhile! Yet, when I think about all that fat I ate while ingesting the good food I would probably feel bad about myself so get something to balance things out a bit like your kale salad or even the goddess bowl!

2. Beppe & Gianni’s Trattoria: Authentic Italian Cuisine

Alright, that sounds too fancy and over the top! Italian! Right! It is a type of food that everyone is likely a fan of. In a way. One may go elsewhere for this kind of taste to eat for something that is quicker, that isn’t that expensive, and yet actually I find the authentic spots tend to almost hit a bit harder. Hits harder? Absolutely! Why go for, so too it’s almost, pizza that one would microwave. Now the real spot!

Must-Try Dishes

Alright, in a way this one will have that feeling of being very niche, yet that’s just my experience when eating Italian dishes. To me that food and cuisine has to be great! Actually if not, it tastes, you know, okay, and something that has the risk that makes it worth it, and yet the things that can make me hungry while I can talk about my suggestion is almost too vast, and would actually take way longer for me to state, yet what’s their pizza like? Get the pizza. It’s alright. In a way if not then pasta might hit for someone. One needs that perfect pasta texture, alright.

3. Ninkasi Brewing Company: Local Brews and Good Times

Alright, enough about food. More or less how about some booze? Beer? Perhaps your not really much of a fan of something intoxicating, alright. And yet maybe something a bit more softer is exactly that type that suits your taste. Ninkasi brewing is just a local classic. It could be. That I feel that most would be rather keen about. Even still they actually really known for their events so one should totally pop in for live music if one wants!

Popular Beer Selections

Alright, that sounds a little generic, or, rather, I think I could have elaborated a little more. Any way. The one beer you should be trying out is Total Domination IPA. Arguably, that would be the selection most would suggest for ya! One that has the bitter hops and is yet incredibly clean when you almost have the have it cold! Yet. The ones that are not that much into IPA that really can’t grasp it, it is almost. A bit too floral and strange, maybe they would probably enjoy their Pilsner!

4. Izakaya Meiji: Japanese Cuisine and Cocktails

Alright, and then there’s Japanese food. Arguably I love myself some of that cuisine. Maybe just because I grew up watching that media so I gained, really. some very sort of association. At the very end of the day. And I really think Japanese style bars is more of a fairly different vibe. Then I thought. As a matter of fact. A lot of locations that offer foods that may or may not originate from Japanese, or so they seem.

Signature Dishes and Drinks

Alright, well I probably wouldn’t recommend this spot for folks out there. Literally. And stuff, yet that just may be because that’s what happens when you eat a spot frequently enough you almost get tired. Alright. One can not skip their Karaage. Seriously. One has to eat the karaage chicken, you know. To clarify and explain on all things Japanese I find fried chicken in a sort of Japanese style. I would also, very, totally recommend this other spot too and so on. Only they have the Yakitori. A chicken that’s grilled!

5. Off The Waffle: Unique and Creative Waffles

Alright, for you fans that happen to enjoy sweets around these parts of where I live. Seriously. I highly would have to almost have one give some waffles a try. In fact. That also really depends on your preference on exactly where that establishment, really, may stand to be if one feels its some worthwhile venture.

Waffle Recommendations

Alright, one is, in some respects, just completely unable to not suggest the traditional Liege waffle. Perhaps some folks can just suggest it might not always be to that liking. And stuff. Since it is one. Really. You know, has these bits that sometimes almost get very annoying. Still. Which you, literally. are fully required. That too it’s almost may feel that some spot that has it’s Liege is kinda worth all of some kind of endeavor to some people or not in some case or some cases even with their varying preferences in some spots where it makes the taste have you feeling it as just like that! To some person or thing or some reason around it!
